Some terms in this document may be succeeded or changed explicitly for you from time to time and these will be found either posted on our website or notified directly to you via email or other means of contact.
By using our service you agree that you will agree to the all the terms found in our terms and services. You also agree that you will keep all information relating to you correct and update it from time to time to ensure that is always upto date. We also may occasionally ask for extra information to help us run our services and you agree that you will work with us and supply this information. Ticketmeo also expects of its users that it will work with us in all matters relating to the service.
By using our service you agree that you will agree to the all the terms found in our terms and services. Ticketmeo also expects of its users that it will work with us in all matters relating to the service. Ticketmeo will never issue refunds for any tickets which are sold through its site except in the special circumstances. Special circumstances include but are not limited to; event’s being cancelled with no alternative offered and event’s which do not exist. Before any refund is issued we will always discuss with the ticket seller at least 3 times to give a valid reason or resolution to resolve the issue with the client. If the ticket seller fails to resolve the issue then a refund maybe issued. Refunds will also be judged on a customer by customer basis.
Ticketmeo always strives to have 100% uptime however from time to time this may not be the case. Some, but not limited to, reasons why may result in less than 100% uptime are scheduled maintenance, hardware problems, software problems, DDOS attacks, large customer surge and unexpected attacks. During any time of downtime, Ticketmeo does not accept responsibility for loss of income or any other losses in relationship of our services being not available. We will do as much as we can do and in the case of scheduled maintenance will always give at least 5 working days prior notice.
All materials which are contained on our website, https://www.ticketmeo.com, are owned by us and may not be used by you without our prior permission. This includes and is not limited to, images, logos, text and anything else which is uploaded to our server by us. If you wish to ask for permission to use something then contact us at contact@ticketmeo.com.
Ticketmeo allows some data which is shown on its site by its tickets sellers. We do not accept responsibility or take liability for anything which is uploaded by its ticket sellers which results in, but limited to, the damage of your software / hardware, financial loss, loss of data, use of copyright data, explicit content, racist content, hate speech etc. If you believe something should be removed then contact us at contact@ticketmeo.com and we will review the data.
Occasionally Ticketmeo may link to third party websites, we do not accept responsibility for what is hosted on these websites as we do not always review to ensure availability and the quality of content which will be found. As a result, any websites which you choose to visit from our website are at your own risk and we do not endorse any of the content which is found. If you have any problems with any other website then you should take up your problems with them and not us.
By using Ticketmeo you agree that we can add a fee to every ticket which is sold to keep the website running, this will be referred as a ‘booking fee’. This fee is subject to change at any time however we will always give you 14 days’ notice if we intend to increase the fee for any reason. From time to time Ticketmeo may offer promotional lower fees to its customers based on many factors such as high sales, welcome offers, long time loyalty etc. By accepting one of these offers you agree that you can have these removed at any time and you will be reverted to the rate of your country which is found on the rates page. All booking fees are non-refundable.
All payments which are taken through Ticketmeo are provided by external payment gateways below you will find the terms and conditions of each payment gateway when using Ticketmeo also does not have any relationship with your customers, therefore any issues arising with your customers such as disputes and poor relationships you must not hold us accountable. We will not liable for any costs and damages in relationship to these problems.
When using Stripe Payment processing services on Ticketmeo they are are subject to the Stripe Connected Account Agreement, which includes the Stripe Terms of Service (collectively, the “Stripe Services Agreement”). By using Stripe, you agree to be bound by the Stripe Services Agreement, as the same may be modified by Stripe from time to time. As a condition of Ticketmeo enabling payment processing services through Stripe, you agree to provide Ticketmeo accurate and complete information about you and your business, and you authorize Ticketmeo to share it and transaction information related to your use of the payment processing services provided by Stripe. Ticketmeo does not accept any responsibility or liability of issues arising with Stripe's services.
When using PayPal you must also agree to the terms which abide by using PayPal. Ticketmeo does not have any relationship with PayPal and any issues included by not limited to, loss of data, funds, fees or penalties arising from the acts or omission of using PayPal are not our responsibility and therefore any problems arising must be took with PayPal rather than us.
There are no refunds for any booking fees which are accrued from selling tickets through us even when you issue refunds to your customers.
All payments which are took through Ticketmeo are paid directly to your account. As a result, any tax obligations from your country of origin are liable by you. Ticketmeo does not accept responsibility for any taxes which are not paid by you, we pay all relevant taxes which are required for our part of the transaction (the booking fees).
When using Ticketmeo any customers which buy tickets are your customers and are therefore contracted directly to you not us (Ticketmeo). This means we do not have any direct control or contact with them for any means. As a result, this means any fraud detection, customer support, or any issues or costs arising from your customers are your responsibility. Please do not contact us regarding issues with your customers or direct your customers to us for support.
When using Ticketmeo you agree to keep all your information which we require about your company such as the company name, account owner name, user name and contact email upto date. If we have grounds to suspect these are not upto date then we have the right to suspend your account as under the terms of point 14.
Ticketmeo complies to the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) (EU) 2016/679. You can find more information on how we comply to this by viewing our GDPR Compliance page.
If you choose not to comply with our terms and conditions then we may not have any choice to block access to your account or to our website. Any implications of these decisions are your responsibility and you will not have access to any of the data which is stored on our server. Ticketmeo does not need to give you any warnings before suspensions occur however in most cases we will give you time to resolve any issues. If you do not agree with any of our decisions then contact us at contact@ticketmeo.com in relationship to any suspensions and we will reply within 28 days with a final decision.
These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with English law. Disputes arising in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction or the English courts.
