Refreshed ticket page design

Improve your ticket sales with our new and improved ticket pages which create a better user experience for your attendees when purchasing tickets through Ticketmeo.

Attendees hub

Quickly find out the history of your attendees, based on their email, in one place such as; all orders placed, transactions made and all emails sent to them.

Dark mode

New automatic dark mode enabled for all ticketing pages, based on your users browser settings. Dark mode helps improves accessibility for your attendees.

Password protected ticketing

Protect your ticket pages, so you can sell tickets to people who you want to, by forcing your users to enter a password before they can see available tickets.

Sales start / end dates

Setup up a start date and end date when your tickets go on sale so you can automatically close and open sales on a date of your choice rather than using the event start date.

Additional information

Add what your refund policy is for ticketing and an age restriction on the ticket pages so your attendees are aware of this vital information before purchasing tickets.

Refreshed captcha

We have improved the captcha process, when enabled, for your attendees to make it quicker and more efficient for them to prove that they are not a bot.

Enhanced translation

We have further included translation for your eTickets and order confirmation emails using the language chosen by your attendees during the checkout process.

Bug fixes pushed live

Fixed an issue where ticket allocations were incorrect in very rare situations.
Fixed an issue where cart sessions were failing to generate rarely resulting in 500 errors.
Fixed an issue when using Apple Pay or Google Pay email confirmations weren't always sending.
Fixed an issue where images were large in size by enabling newer .avif and .webp image types.
Fixed an issue with changing the email to receive new order emails.
Fixed issues with viewing the website on mobile or tablet devices on some web pages.
Fixed issues with Zapier not being able to pull some information.
Fixed issue where ticket price from was either displaying incorrect price or omitting the booking fees.
Fixed issue where cannot select individual dates when creating checkout questions.
Updated edit checkout form so it matches the design used for create checkout questions.
Fixed an issue where some placeholders weren't working on eTickets.
Fixed an issue where our live chat was failing, in some cases, when logged in.

Features removed from Ticketmeo

Delayed payments due to very low usage. Feature has been depreciated since an earlier version.
Instamojo payment method due to very low usage. Customers using Instamojo can use Stripe or PayPal instead.
Customer choice tickets due to very low usage. We are looking at alternatives in the future but these ticket types were causing issues.
